 As a Personal Development & Continuing Education Instructor for several TN colleges, I wanted to provide a means of mentoring my students who wanted to start their own Investment Real Estate business. I decided to create and host a networking/mentoring forum for students and investors who share a mutual interest in Real Estate Investment, Development and Management.
